I've been avoiding the scale.
Sometimes it's better NOT to know you haven't lost any more weight. Not knowing keeps me from getting frustrated when the weight on the scale isn't decreasing.
I've been keeping with the daily NV program of two pills a day, I'm not hungry and the urge to snack at work is all but gone. Sometimes willpower is still required. If I could figure out how to turn my sense of smell off when I walk by the donut box at work, I wouldn't need willpower at all.
